Our lawyers will work hard to understand your needs and objectives. We do not a ‘one size fits all approach’, because we understand that every client and every case is different. You will therefore receive specific and tailored advice focused on your objectives.

Specialist Quality Mark

Batley Law is proud to hold a Legal Aid Specialist Quality Mark, following a rigorous and thorough audit in November 2018. This demonstrates that we have efficient and professional office practices and procedures.

Tailored Advice

Our lawyers will work hard to understand your needs and objectives. We do not a ‘one size fits all approach’, because we understand that every client and every case is different. You will therefore receive specific and tailored advice focused on your objectives.

Multi-Lingual

English not your first language? Not a problem. Some of our lawyers are fluent in Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Kurdish Sorani, Urdu and Punjabi. For any other languages, if you feel that you are unable to properly convey your instructions or receive advice in English, we are more than happy to arrange an interpreter for you. We work closely with a number of local interpreting agencies and have access to more than 60 language interpreters.

Complaints

At Batley Law Ltd, we try to provide the best possible service to our clients and in order to do this we need to know from you if you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you receive. We recognise that occasionally you may wish to raise concerns about the service you have received.  Should you have any complaint about any aspect of our service or our charges, in the first instance we suggest that you raise these with the person dealing with your case.
