Natalia joined Batley Law through the Government ‘Kickstart’ scheme as an administrative assistant.
However, Natalia demonstrated aptitude in her role, and gradually developed a keen interest in learning more about the legal sector. Batley Law backed Natalia to complete her exams, and she is now a paralegal caseworker helping our legal aid clients. A great example of hard work and dedication, coupled with a firm that looks to invest in their people, has provided the sector with another dedicated caseworker.
