Asmah Khalid is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in Asylum and Immigration matters. She has over 10 years’ experience in a wide range of immigration related matters including; asylum, entry clearance, family reunion, spouse and fiancé visas, family visas, the points based system (PBS) for students and workers, European Economic Area (EEA) and tourist and short stay visas, settlement and naturalisation applications.
She assists clients from a variety of backgrounds, including vulnerable clients with appeals against refusal and administrative review of decisions that refuse applicants the right to enter and stay in the UK. For those who struggle to communicate in English, Asmah speaks fluent Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and basic Arabic.
