I am Head of Business Immigration at Batley Law. I have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Immigration Law including the Points Based System and assisting businesses in applying for the Sponsorship Licences. I work closely with local businesses looking to source talent from overseas.

To date, the firm has secured sponsorship licences for clients in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, Catering, Restaurants, Care Providers, Opticians and I.T. industries.

I have a compassionate approach and genuinely enjoy supporting others. I take a friendly and professional stance when working with clients to achieve the best outcome. I pride myself on being approachable, engaging, and compassionate. With the ability to handle complex legal and factual material, coupled with my aptitude for drafting persuasive legal arguments, I persistently strive to make successful applications on behalf of my clients.

In my family I was the first person to graduate as a Lawyer, I have always had a passion to stand for justice. Representing clients gives me this satisfaction.
